Qualifications <br /> <br />LMK Pipe Renewal LLC [“Pipe Renewal”] was incorporated in the State of Florida in 2006 <br />as a limited liability corporation. We remain registered as a Florida LLC and are in full compliance <br />with legal requirements regarding that registration. <br />A full-service utility contractor with a workforce currently totaling thirty (30) people, it is <br />especially active in the trenchless technology arena, with a particular focus on rehabilitating sewer <br />laterals and providing associated services. Pipe Renewal products are fully compliant with ASTM <br />F2561, F2599, F3097 and F3240, and our company is proud to have helped shape the trenchless <br />technology industry into what it is today. <br />Pipe Renewal’s main office is at 1131 NW 55 Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33309 [ the <br />“main office”] and it is from this office that it hopes to work for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. It <br />has done work as both a prime contractor and working with many other industry-leading <br />companies as a subcontractor.
