Patterson <br />East Coast Project Manager <br /> <br />03/02/2015 – Present <br /> <br />Offering more than 10 years of experience in the Environmental <br />construction industry, with much of this experience as a Crew <br />Supervisor and Field Technician, Collin’s experience includes <br />safety and quality control. Collin’s current role is a Project Manager <br />at LMK Pipe Renewal. <br /> <br />Collin is responsible for the East Coast Project Management, on-site <br />management safety and operations of the Excavation/Underground, <br />CIPP, and CCTV crews. Dutes include verifying equipment <br />maintenance, jobsite safety, material procurement and production, <br />all in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. <br />Collin takes pride in his ability to minimize surface disruptions <br />whether in a commercial or residential setting. He is most proud of <br />his innate attention to detail which he exhibits daily. He is a true <br />believer of leading by example. <br /> <br />He ensures the crew/project paperwork and forms are completed <br />properly in accordance with company, stte and federal regulations <br />and delivered on time daily. His knowledge of pipeline rehab <br />includes underground/excavation processes, utility locaation, CIPP, <br />lateral rehabilitation and other forms of trench rehab. Collin plans <br />and schedules personnel, equipment and materials to bring to the <br />projects safety, within budget and with a high level of customer <br />satisfaction. Collin’s experience and knowledge of pipeline <br />rehabilitation methods has proven him to be an essential member of <br />the LMK team. Day or night, Collin is ready to coordinate his crew <br />members to complete any and all jobs assigned by the Company. <br /> <br />Basic computer and technology related skills are employed daily, <br />i.e. working knowledge of iPad, basic data entry, familiarity with <br />cloud-based software such as Google docs, Microsoft Teams, and <br />SharePoint.
