Who is responsible for disposal and <br />removal of the existing switchboard. <br />As the demolition of the existing switchboard is shown on the electrical drawings <br />it is intended to be the responsibility of the electrical contractor. Coordinate with <br />GC as required for full removal and disposal. <br />88 Olexandr <br />Kaltsev E602 ELECTRICAL/ <br />ARCHITECTURE <br />Drawing E602 calls out a raised floor for this facility. There is no mention of raised <br />floors in the architectural. Please confirm if this is valid. <br />Reference to raised floor will be removed. Can the structural engineer <br />confirm the design criteria for helical pier spacing, depth variations, and possible <br />adjustments due to field conditions? Should additional subsurface investigations <br />be conducted before finalizing pile locations to mitigate potential variability in <br />soil conditions? <br />Helical pile foundations have been designed based on the recommendations as <br />prepared but the geotechnical report prepared by UES dated March 29, 2024. <br />96 Olexandr <br />Kaltsev A-700 CIVIL/ <br />ARCHITECTURE <br />Groundwater Table Management & Excavation Impact - Groundwater was <br />encountered at 5'1" to 5'4" below grade during testing . The proposed excavation <br />depths for utilities, foundations, and drainage structures are not clearly <br />coordinated with this groundwater elevation. Dewatering requirements and <br />potential buoyancy issues for underground structures are not addressed Will <br />temporary dewatering be required for foundation installation and underground <br />utility work? Are waterproofing or anti-buoyancy measures required for <br />stormwater structures or below-grade slabs? Can a monitoring program be <br />implemented to track seasonal fluctuations in groundwater levels? <br />GC means and methods shall provide the watering measures as needed. Grease <br />trap and solid interceptor include deadman anchors.
