My name is Pedro Adrian and I am the CFO of Adrian Homes, a South Florida residential <br /> developer. I want to say a few words about Ernest because they did a very good job on one of <br /> our projects, the first phase of the Down South Apartments. We worked with them on a three <br /> story project with 144 apartments in southern Miami-Dade finished in 2024. <br /> They handled everything very well and took care of all the construction from start to finish. <br /> They kept everything moving, making sure the work was done the right way and without <br /> wasting money. They have their own electrical, plumbing, and HVAC crews, which increased the <br /> speed of the project significantly and kept main workflows going on time. They also worked well <br /> with other subcontractors, making sure everything stayed on schedule. <br /> Ernest is professional, responsible, and know what they are doing.
