Their surety is Developers Surety and Indemnity Company, which carries an <br />A.M_ Best Rating of A- XV and is listed in the Department of the Treasury's Federal Register_ They have <br />been handling their bond needs for a year_ <br />Based upon normal and standard underwrding criteria at the lime of the request, we anticipate providing <br />Performance and Payment Bonds for single size lobs in the $10,000,004 range and $25,000,000 in the <br />aggregate. These amounts should not be construed as a limit but rather a guide to handle their day-to-day <br />needs. We obviously reserve the right to review all contractual documents. band forms, and obtain <br />satisfactory evidence of funding prior to final commi iment to issue any bonds. <br />Lunacon Engineering Group, Corp. is an excellent contracior and vire hold them in the utmost highest <br />regard.
