LUNACD <br />Exceptions <br />Any items, actions, or circumstances that are not clearly defined or addressed within the <br />approved plan and its accompanying addendum shall be considered exceptions. This includes <br />any deviations, modifications, or additions that are not specifically outlined in the original <br />documentation.
