<br />His most recent accomplishment is directly supervising all construction work for a 20,000 Sq Ft. fertility
<br />clinic, including exam, consult rooms, office space, nurse stations, ORs, and recovery rooms and a 2,500
<br />Sq Ft Clean Room Fertilization Laboratory.

<br />His experience as Project Manager and previously Superintendent has been overseeing supervising
<br />construction process for Gateway Park Center for the City of Sunny Isles. 15,000 Sq Ft of construction of a
<br />state-of-the-art community space including ballroom, fitness center, kitchen, classrooms, and social
<br />areas. Yoandry oversaw and ensured timely delivery and budget maintenance for all tenant
<br />improvements work at Miami International Airport (MDAD, including clients such as Duty-Free Americas,
<br />HM Host, American Express Centurion Lounge, JC Decaux, Concessions Miami, Areas. He also
<br />collaborated in completing the 20,000 sq ft interior build out of Istituto Marangoni in the Miami Design
<br />District.

<br />Yoandry has been an active volunteer for the Miami community with local and State representatives from
<br />2015-2018. He is a family man, close to his family and is recently married. Yoandry is not only a sports fan
<br />but also a team player. He literally was a Division One Baseball player, earning his university scholarship
<br />for his outstanding performance on the field and academically. Those team building and communication
<br />skills can be clearly depicted on the work site, adding value to each project.

<br />LINET SANCHEZ – Administrative Supervisor
<br />Linet Sanchez is Nunez Construction Administrative Supervisor since 2013. She is responsible for the
<br />Construction financial management and services in project financing strategies and budgeting, project
<br />bonding planning, Davis Bacon Certified payroll processing, personnel payroll, accounts payables &
<br />receivables, county & airport project logistics, accounting Supervision and administrative processes for
<br />projects. She is detail-oriented, rigorous, and flexible when required.
<br />
<br />Graduated from Florida International University, Linet holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a
<br />certified Notary Public for the State of Florida.
<br />
<br />Linet is forever curious and adventurous; she is a savvy and seasoned traveler that has visited the most
<br />unexpected corners of the world through her five senses. She is an avid learner of Chinese and a K-Pop
<br />fan.

<br />SYLVIA GRAVES _ Project Engineer
<br />Sylvia Graves has been a Project Engineer on the Nunez team since 2019, responsible for Project
<br />scheduling monitoring, activity coordination, plan review and assisting in the development of cost
<br />estimating and timely procurement. She works closely with the Project Managers/Superintendents to
<br />pre-empt activities and needs to respond in an efficient manner. She creates and manages the submittal
<br />and RFI process on Procore to fulfillment and executes all close-out packages for projects. Sylvia also
<br />coordinates legal documentation for new projects, and for permitting. She manages and updates all
<br />project records, prepares change order requests when necessary and assists in all safety documentation
<br />required.

<br />Prior to her entrance in the world of construction, Sylvia, a graduate from Boston University with a B.S. in
<br />Mass Communications and a B.A . in Liberal Arts, has been a seasoned branding, advertising & marketing
<br />professional that has held positions as GM for Advertising & Media at Telefonica / Coord for Advertising
<br />and Brand Image and CANTV-Verizon, Owner at Betancourt & Graves ad agency and VP Account
<br />Services at JWT, with 30+ years of experience, creating, building & communicating brands through
<br />assertive strategies. She has achieved goals through successful execution across diverse markets and
<br />product categories for both large multinationals and local SBE’s, built strong and lasting relationships
<br />with a broad base of clients in a range of industries.
