Approach | Methodology: <br /> <br />Nuñez Construction’s approach and methodology will consider the following criteria for this project: <br /> <br />1. Communication: We follow a culture of open communication which allows our team members to <br />be informed of all aspects of our projects to ensure a fluid and efficient process. This culture <br />extends to our sub-contractors, architects, engineers and to our clients. <br /> <br />This includes daily communication, bi-weekly meetings with Owners, architect and GC, and <br />includes engineers when necessary to discuss updates, tackle emerging issues and to keep all <br />informed. <br /> <br />2. Management tools: We will work with Procore for project management (submittals, RFI’s, <br />schedules, reports, construction photos, to centralize approval processes and documentation with <br />all team members. These will be shared with key team members to keep everyone informed <br />throughout the process of construction and to manage key information on the project. <br />3. 3-week look ahead and construction schedules will allow to view the immediate 3 weeks activities <br />in process with Owner, engineers and architects to foresee opportunities and obstacles and find <br />quick solutions. <br />4. We recommend early procurement as soon as contract is approved to secure most critical <br />materials and ensure prices. We also recommend beginning early submittal process to provide as <br />much time as possible to construction. <br />5. MOT: MOT will be scheduled and planned early in the construction process to secure safety for <br />passing vehicles and pedestrians throughout the critical construction in adjacent areas. <br />6. Staging: We plan to stage in parking lot area as permitted by the City, caring for daily cleaning <br />and hauling to ensure the minimum impact of surrounding areas and traffic. <br />7. Scheduling: As part of Nunez processes, we will work closely with our Construction Schedule and <br />3-week look-ahead to ensure meeting deadlines and adjusting work hours if necessary to <br />complete work on time. <br />8. Safety | OSHA: We abide by OSHA safety guidelines to protect our workers and sub-contractors <br />throughout the course of construction. <br />9. Hurricane Preparedness: In the event of a hurricane or threat of, jobsite will be secured and <br />protected. <br /> <br />Emergency Response Plan (2-hour Call-out): Nunez Construction works with a 3-tier level emergency <br />contact system, which ensures a timely response for emergencies. We provide the names and numbers <br />of three members of our team who work on the project. In addition, Owner will have direct number of <br />sub-contractor’s if required. <br /> <br />As part of our close-out documentation, warranties will be provided for both products and services <br />associated to this project. <br /> <br />Quality Insurance and quality Control: Our field managers and Project Managers will be conducting <br />quality revisions and control throughout the life of the project, adhering to drawing intent to meet all <br />design requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
