With unparalleled transparency, exceptional communication, and <br />a dedication to mastery, we ensure that every construction venture becomes an <br />empowering and gratifying experience for our clients. <br />Persons Services Corp. has extensive in-house capabilities to self-perform work <br />with our current employees which includes owning and operating 100+ <br />trucks/vehicles and 200+ pieces of equipment. We can self-perform the following <br />scopes: <br />•Drafting, drawings, renderings, designs, etc. <br />•Demolition, including debris removal, hauling and disposal. <br />•Mechanicals (plumbing, mechanical piping) <br />•Underground utilities (sewer, water, connections, septic tanks, etc.) <br />•Sitework, including concrete, sidewalks, curbs, drainage, slabs, etc. <br />•Transportation, logistics, warehousing, and distribution <br />Our recently completed past performance for other clients includes Airbus USA <br />($24.7M), the University of South Alabama ($17.7M), Alpha Hall Demolition & <br />Utility Improvement ($12.7M), Brazosport Water Authority ($11.4M), Alabama <br />State Parks ($8.7M), and Alabama Community College Systems ($13.8M). <br />At Persons Services Corp, our proactive safety culture and comprehensive HSE <br />program underscore a companywide commitment to workplace safety, exceeding <br />regulatory demands through ongoing training, hazard identification, risk <br />management, and safety performance improvement via inspections, <br />communication, and trend analysis. <br />We mandate continuous safety education for our <br />workers and trade partners, ensuring they possess <br />the requisite knowledge and tools for safe work <br />practices, alongside regular inspections and open <br />communication channels to preemptively address <br />opportunities to improve Safety. With an EMR of <br />.70 and a Total Recordable Incident Rate of .55, we <br />are well below the industry norm (see Figure 1.2 <br />on the following page).
