ITB # 25-01-01 <br />City Annex Building Construction Renovations <br />Page 64 of 103 <br />Persons Services Corp. <br />Past Relevant Project Experience <br />Project 1: USA Physicians Office Building <br />Persons Services Corp. was contracted by the University of South Alabama to build <br />a 3- Story, 95,000 SF structural steel and concrete medical administrative building. <br />PSC’s scope included the entire site package, shell package, and all mechanical, <br />electrical and plumbing, including cast-in-place concrete elevator and stair towers. <br />Site demo, concrete paving, asphalt, landscaping, fencing, masonry, structural <br />steel, structural steel erection, EIFS, painting, roofing, caulking, insulation, and <br />storefront are a few of the trades involved with our teams scope of work.
