ITB # 25-01-01 <br />City Annex Building Construction Renovations <br />Page 66 of 103 <br />Persons Services Corp. <br />Project 3: Davie Boys and Girls Club Addition <br />Persons Services Corp. provided an interior renovation and building addition to the <br />Boys and Girls club facility to convert an existing covered patio and amenities into a <br />new Multipurpose Teen Center. <br />The scope of work included the demolition of the existing courtyard that separated <br />the buildings and the interior walls in both the Teen Center and Children’s Center, <br />as well as the demolition of floors in various interior areas. This was followed by the <br />addition of footers, slabs, block walls, joists, and metal decking, along with the <br />installation of skylights and framing/drywall. New walls were constructed in the <br />interior areas, and the work included painting, flooring and, the addition of a new <br />fire sprinkler and fire alarm system.
