ITB # 25-01-01
City Annex Building Construction Renovations
Page 72 of 103
Persons Services Corp.
Section 3. Staffing
Proposed Construction Management Team
Equipped with a proven and collaborative approach to the unique needs of
institutional construction, PSC stands ready to deliver exceptional new facility,
renovation, system replacement, repairs and improvements to the City of Sunny
Isles. PSC built our key personnel team and organizational structure to inject
energy, a sense of urgency, and drive for continuous improvement into our
approach.
Our project team will operate under the oversight of a PSC Project Executive
Samantha Vincenty. Samantha is the Regional General Manager of our Southeast
and Caribbean group and will support the management team with unfettered
access to any corporate resources that Project Manager (PM) Thelma Fay may
require to deliver this project to the District at the highest level of customer
satisfaction. Pre-Construction activities will be managed by Jason Ottilige, who
will also act as Senior Scheduler, alongside Senior Estimator Erik Staats.
PM Thelma will lead the project team with the ODP administration support of
Project Coordinator Sharlene Roca and onsite support of Superintendent Kenneth
Temple. Each project at PSC operates with the input, direction, and guidance of
our in-house Safety/Risk Manager Ryan Lohman and QA/QC Manager Nick Curry.
An Organizational Chart depicting lines of authority and resumes for our
key team members are located at the end of this section.
Brief summaries of our team’s approach to Preconstruction and Construction
activities follow.
