\ <br />SAMANTHA VINCENTY <br />PROJECT EXECUTIVE <br />Ms. Vincenty has more than 20 years of management experience in the <br />construction industry. She is a talented team lead, providing operations, <br />estimating, scheduling, team building, and management support to complex <br />projects with rigorous deadlines. As Regional General Manager for the PSC <br />Southeast and US Virgin Islands Group, Ms. Vincenty coordinates and works <br />to achieve PSC objectives and implement new policies across the region. She <br />is based out of PSCs Fort Lauderdale, FL office. <br />KEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE (Outside of Persons Services Corp.) <br />x MDC Doral Campus <br />Scope: Complete renovation and remodel of the existing MDC Doral <br />Campus while classes remained in session. Existing spaces were <br />renovated and remodeled to include new classrooms, laboratories, <br />research laboratories, student testing centers, student services areas, <br />meeting rooms, faculty offices, bursar offices, storage spaces, student <br />lounges and circulation space. The work took place at an active <br />occupied campus in Phases to allow the students and faculty to <br />continuously occupy all surrounding spaces and rooms above and <br />below floors which were being renovated. Complete new MEP/FS & FA <br />systems were installed to allow for the new build-out complete with <br />new roofing and structural modifications to the existing building. <br />x Colony West Tamarac Clubhouse, Cart Barn & Fairfield Inn <br />Scope: Demolition of the existing clubhouse and cart barn to allow for <br />phased construction of a new 5 story 65k square foot hotel, 6800 sf <br />clubhouse and cart barn with a complete site remodel. The project <br />included a full banquet hall and full service restaurant including (2) <br />commercial kitchens, meeting rooms, a Pro Shop and indoor/outdoor <br />seating. Work was completed while the golf course remained in <br />business through the use of temporary buildings and coordinated <br />fencing to accommodate a path for golfers and allow business to occur <br />while construction was in process. <br />x Love Street Project <br />Scope: This project included was a 4 acre site development project <br />which included two waterfront restaurants, a small cafe, office space, <br />and retail. Complete site development and coordination with existing <br />homeowners that were impacted by underground utility work thatwas <br />required in front of their driveways and homes.
