KENNETHTEMPLE <br />SUPERINTENDENT <br />Mr. Temple has more than 30 years of experience as a superintendent, <br />construction manager and general contractor. He is a results-oriented, hands- <br />on construction professional with vast experience in the commercial and <br />residential industries. Within PSC’s Southeast/Caribbean division, Mr. Temple <br />concurrently directs projects to successful completion. He is based out of <br />PSC’s Fort Lauderdale, FL office. <br />PERSONS SERVICESCORPORATION <br /> Nyberg-Swanson House Historic Restoration <br />Superintendent: The City of Dania Beach awarded PSC the contract <br />for the historic restoration of the circa 1913 Nyberg-Swanson House to <br />its early 20th century appearance. As Superintendent, Mr. Temple is <br />responsible for the daily operations of the jobsite, including <br />coordinating and scheduling onsite production for subcontractors, <br />keeping updated 2-week look ahead schedules, and conducting weekly <br />safety meetings among other duties. <br />&RQWUDFW9DOXH <br />ADDITIONAL RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> Magnum Construction Services, Inc. <br />Project Manager/Superintendent: Served as the onsite project <br />manager/superintendent for a specialty contracting company <br />specializing in ground up shell construction. Responsibilities included <br />working closely with team members, subcontractors and MEP’s to <br />ensure projects/phases were completed on schedule, within budget <br />and in accordance with Florda Building Code. Performed various <br />supervisory, daily jobsite activities. <br /> Power Home Remodeling <br />Project Manager: Served as a project manager for nine years, <br />managing thousands of residential projects in Brooklyn, Queens, <br />Nassau and Suffolk Counties, NY. Scheduled site visits with <br />homeowners prior to installations to assess site and project <br />conditions. Provided detailed photo reports to assist installation crews <br />with commencement. Managed materials procurement for each <br />project.
