<br />2. Qualifications <br /> <br />Sleiman Construction, LLC, founded in 2017, is an emerging Commercial General <br />Contractor Company located in South Florida. Our mission is to deliver construction <br />services with Quality, Integrity, and Professionalism, while giving our team the <br />opportunity to grow, and providing the customer with personal attention and solid <br />confidence the project will meet their needs. <br /> <br />Our focus consists of working as Prime Contractors, as well as Trade Partners for <br />specific trades such as Interior Demolition, Concrete Repairs, Framing, Drywall, Stucco, <br />and other miscellaneous installations. We also provide consulting services such as <br />project management services for other contractors. <br /> <br />Danny Sleiman is the owner and founder of Sleiman Construction. His passion for <br />construction and businesses made him pursue the required qualifications to operate his <br />own construction business. <br /> <br />His personal experience working as a Project Manager for other Prime Contractors <br />includes a multi-million dollar ground up construction for a new 17,000 sf Emergency <br />Department, as well as multiple healthcare renovations such as CT scan and MRI suites, <br />OR rooms, Outpatient Rehab Centers, and medical administrative offices. <br /> <br />Aside from healthcare, Danny worked projects with Public Institutions and Agencies, <br />where he was part of the initial construction design along with architects, performed bid <br />management, and negotiated contracts with the Owner and subcontractors. <br /> <br />He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, with a master’s in business administration <br />(MBA). He obtained the Certified General Contractor License, completed the ASHE <br />workshops for Infection Control and Healthcare Construction, and owns the PMP <br />Certification <br /> <br />Qualifications & Compliance with ITB Requirements: <br /> Certified General Contractor in Florida. <br /> Compliance with Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County regulations. <br /> Experience in government and municipal projects with detailed reporting and <br />compliance. <br /> Bonding capacity $5,000,000 per single project and Strong financial standing <br />with an A.M. Best-rated surety company. <br /> Extensive experience with renovation and remodeling projects. <br /> Advanced knowledge of renovation and remodeling projects. <br /> Proven ability to adhere to strict timelines and budget constraints. <br /> OSHA-certified personnel ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations. <br /> Comprehensive quality assurance plans to meet project specifications.
