Staffing <br /> <br />The staff from Sleiman Construction that will be dedicated to this project will be as follows: <br /> Danny Sleiman – Project Executive. <br />o Experience: Civil engineering degree, MBA, General Contractor License, PMP <br />Certification, Multimillion Dollar project experience in healthcare, experience with <br />public agencies. <br />o Responsibilities: Negotiation, Runs OAC meetings, direct relationship with the <br />Owner. <br /> Akhil Padarthi- Project Manager <br />o Experience: Civil engineering Degree, MS in Construction Management, Project <br />Management, Contract Negotiations, experience with public agencies. <br />o Responsibilities: Coordinate subcontractor’s contracts, review budget and <br />schedule, supervise site for quality control, RFI logs. <br /> Elias Sleiman J – Project Administrator <br />o Experience: Accounting professional degree, MBA accounting concentration, <br />Financial Management Diploma, experience with renovation projects involving <br />demolition, concrete, drywall, stucco and painting. <br />o Responsibilities: Organize expenses, process payment applications, provide <br />monthly reports per project, coordinate material purchasing, submit RFIs and <br />Submittals. <br /> Eduardo Larenas – Superintendent <br />o Experience: Field supervisor for several retail renovation projects, including the <br />construction of custom homes. <br />o Responsibilities: Supervise jobsite, assure safety standards are adequate, <br />coordinate subcontractor work, coordinate with inspectors and testing. <br /> Carlos Escalona – Field Coordinator <br />o Experience: Civil engineering degree, Certified General Contractor, multiple <br />renovation projects, field and labor coordinator. <br />o Responsibilities: Coordinate Field personnel in the areas of Demolition, Concrete, <br />Site, Cleaning, Drywall, and Painting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
