<br />Led the full project lifecycle, designing and constructing vehicle barriers, inspection facilities, and upgrades to security and infrastructure systems,

<br />NOAA NSOF Satellite Facility Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades ($30.5M)
<br />Managed renovation to double the power, UPS, and cooling capacity of critical systems while maintaining full operation. Upgrades included a new
<br />cooling plant, power systems, and extensive mechanical/electrical infrastructure work.
<br />FAA ARTC Major Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades, Miami, FL ($5.0M)
<br />Managed replacement of critical HVAC systems without disrupting services at the ARTCC facility, including chillers, cooling towers, and computer
<br />room air units.

<br />Mr. Lopez managed multiple construction projects ranging from $50K to $10M for clients such as Mt. Sinai Medical ER, Baptist Health South
<br />Florida, Miami-Dade County, Barry University, Hamilton Risk Management, and Telemundo. His responsibilities spanned the entire project life
<br />cycle, including buyout, scheduling, and document management (contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, project
<br />schedules, permits, and closeout documents). He also led preconstruction activities, such as reviewing drawings and specifications, conducting
<br />material takeoffs, developing subcontractor scopes, and preparing bid packages for design-build projects.
<br />As a superintendent, Mr. Lopez supervised projects up to $500K, including the MDC Data Processing Center Settlement Remediation Project,
<br />where he managed the installation of 60 piles inside an operational Miami-Dade County 911 Call and Data Center. He coordinated subcontractor
<br />and field personnel activities, managed the permit and inspection process, and ensured work met project specifications and adhered to the
<br />schedule.
