<br />management of all the preconstruction stage submitting drawings and submittal for approval prior to start the project, estimating and budget and making all
<br />decisions bringing benefits the company.

<br />Colombian government, 14,76 Acres, field supervision and administrative tasks as financial reports, daily field reports, request inspections, assist to
<br />meeting with owner, owner representative, inspector and public Colombian staff department of construction, MEP Field coordination, structure coordination
<br />and MCU, since foundations until final stage of the construction like finish walls, drywall and start up equipment.
<br />PROJECT: “construction of bank Coomeva”, with mezzanine, area built or remodeled: 1.242 Sq2 Administrative and technical support as a project
<br />manager , Coordination and verification of activities in the field, for the construction of the administrative headquarters, Healthcare building and bank of the
<br />Coomeva Companies groups. Constant follow- up to the technical, administrative and financial part of the project. Project composed of civil works, MEP,
<br />Preparation of weekly reports among, budgeting, RFI’s, change orders, inventories and executing project as per book specifications and client
<br />requirements.
<br />PROJECT: “Intervention for the construction of administrative offices of Tigo-Une Communications and business center”. Working as a inspector,
<br />coordination and verification of activities in the field, for the construction of the administrative office to the company Tigo-Une communications. Constant
<br />follow-up to the technical, administrative and financial part of the project. Approve of works as per code and construction blue prints or set package, Project
<br />consisting of civil works , MEP and communications.
<br />PROJECT: “Civil works and central hydroelectric Celsia area built or remodeled: 543.4 Sq2”, Field Superintendent Coordination of construction,
<br />subcontractors, 2 history building destinated as drivers rest area and visitors to the hydroelectric plant, from foundations to the finishes stage of the building
<br />and Close out documents to customer satisfaction. Structural reinforcement and adequacy of bridges 1D and 2D, as well as construction evacuation route
<br />in exhaust tunnel. Monitoring, control and direction to the field work, management of contractor and suppliers, weekly reports type "Technical" and
<br />"Financial" of the project, as built drawings of the project.
<br />PROJECT: “Solar Energy plant generation located in 3 island Cartagena Colombia”, Field Superintendent Coordination of construction, subcontractors,

<br />coordination before start activities in the field. Field supervision from foundation to final stage of the project, daily and weekly reports, meetings with owner

<br />government or public contract, The 2nd largest solar plant built in Colombia, installation of solar panels and construction equipment rooms. Foundations,
<br />land movement, and concrete or metal structures for Panel support, followed by the building control and estimating (excavations, step boxes, soil
<br />compaction, pipe installation, among others). Management of staff (including assistant superintendent) and subcontractor at all costs, purchases, weekly
<br />and daily reports, financial reports and control project.
