Unless specifically excluded by the Department of 586 <br />Financial Services, the Insurance Risk Management Trust Fund 587 <br />must provide fleet automotive liability coverage to motor 588 <br />vehicles titled to the state, or to any department of the state, 589 <br />when such motor vehicles are used by community transportation 590 <br />coordinators performing, under contract to the appropriate 591 <br />department of the state, services for the transportation 592 <br />disadvantaged under part I of chapter 427.
