The provider shall 1937 <br />indemnify the coalition to the extent permitted by s. 768.28. 1938 <br />Notwithstanding paragraph (m), for a child development program 1939 <br />that is accredited by a national accrediting body and operates 1940 <br />on a military installation that is certified by the United 1941 <br />States Department of Defense, the provider may demonstrate 1942 <br />liability coverage by affirming that it is subject to the 1943 <br />Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. ss. 2671 et seq. 1944 <br /> Section 60. For the purpose of incorporating the amendment 1945 <br />made by this act to section 768.28, Florida Statutes, in a 1946 <br />reference thereto, subsection (1) of section 1006.24, Florida 1947 <br />Statutes, is reenacted to read: 1948 <br /> 1006.24 Tort liability; liability insurance.— 1949 <br /> (1) Each district school board shall be liable for tort 1950
