City of Sunny Isles <br />P2, Lower East Roof Sections <br />Scope of work: NOA No. 24-1114.04 page 32 <br />Abbreviated Scope of Work: <br />1. Contractor to assemble staging area in a safe location and handle all debris in a <br />professional method with daily clean up. <br />2. Remove the existing roof down to the concrete deck. <br />3. Install a torch applied temp roof using HPR torch base. <br />4. Install new base layer of insulation using Polyisocyanu rate insulation Tapered at %" in <br />the field, and %" for all crickets. Refer to the NOA. <br />5. Insulation must have a minimum R-20 value. All Insulation layers are to be adhered to <br />the deck using %2"to %" wide beads of Insulock HR. Refer to roofing application standard <br />RAS 117 for attachment methods. <br />6. Install new HDFiber board min ( %" " thick ) using Insulock HR. Refer to roofing <br />application standard RAS 117 for attachment methods. <br />7. Install 1 ply of Flexbase 80 adhered to the coverboard using weatherking membrane <br />adhesive at a rate of 2.5 Gal / Sq. <br />8. Install one ply of the specified Mineral cap sheet using weatherking membrane <br />adhesive at a rate of 2.5 Gal / Sq. <br />9. Install all new Roxul cant strip around all curb and perimeter flashings. <br />10. Install 1 ply of specified base and one ply of the specified mineral cap sheet for all <br />flashings using the specified flashing adhesive. <br />11. If applicable, Install new wood blocking on parapet wall. <br />12. Install RMER Force drip Edge on all draining edge. <br />13. Install RMER Force Fascia on all non -draining edges. <br />14. Install termination bars and Kynar coated 040 Aluminum counter -flashings on adjacent <br />curtain walls and all curb flashings. <br />15. Fabricate new pitch pockets out of stainless steel #4. Fill the bottom half <br />with fast curing concrete and the top half with Seal _Tite. Fabricate umbrellas to cover <br />the top of the pitch pan. All construction to be soldered. <br />16. All drains to be sumped in a W: 12" in a 24" diameter around the drain. The contractor <br />must take this into account when ordering taper insulation. <br />17. In all areas surrounding internal drains, apply a target patch of Tuff Flash Liquid flashing <br />around all sumped parts of the drain. <br />18. Garland to issue the specified warranty including labor and materials. <br />19. Contractor to issue Syr Warranty to Garland <br />07 52 00 -1 <br />
