Manufactured roof specialties shall conform to the detail requirements of SMACNA <br />"Architectural Sheet Metal Manual" and/or the NRCA "Roofing and Waterproofing <br />Manual" as applicable. <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />3.1 EXAMINATION <br />A. Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared. <br />B. Inspect and approve the deck condition, slopes and fastener backing if applicable, parapet <br />walls, expansion joints, roof drains, stack vents, vent outlets, nailers and surfaces and <br />elements. <br />C. Verify that work penetrating the roof deck, or which may otherwise affect the roofing, has <br />been properly completed. <br />D.
