NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of Proiect Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves a Project <br />Agreement with BEA Architects, Inc. to provide professional architectural services for the <br />renovation of the property located at 18050 Collins Avenue, formerly known as Tony Romas, in <br />an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty -Three Thousand Six Hundred Nine Dollars and <br />Eighty -Eight Cents ($263,609.88), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Project <br />Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4: <br />ATTESTi j <br />( <br />winn"M <br />Effective Date.
