Proposer's Experience <br />Nicholas Caine - Project Manager <br />- Nicholas Caine, Founder and current president overseas all aspects of projects from design to <br />implementation. Overseeing full operations, hands- on and passionate. Nicholas has the <br />knowledge and experience to bring individuals together to create one -of -a -kind holidays <br />displays. Nicholas' main goal is our rigorous training which starts in August and runs <br />throughout the season. Service is our number one priority. Nicholas Caine will be the main <br />point of contact on this project. Nicholas has spent countless hours working with the entire team <br />to create this proposal. Nick has been installing Lights for over 10 Years. Providing training and <br />overseeing operations of installations daily for a safe environment and impeccable result for <br />customers. Managing <br />operation for efficient and high-quality installation of lights and decoration. From the time our <br />pieces get approved, his role comes into play ensuring all d6cor pieces have been maintained, <br />manufactured and ready for install. Our Install Manager is responsible for pre -installation <br />inspections, creating installation plans, overseeing the installs and all quality control inspections <br />We have countless install crews that are all run by our install manager, after each project is <br />complete, he works directly with our maintenance manager Eliezer to ensure everything is up <br />and running, directly communicating with city/airport officials of any updates. Kevin Truy is on <br />call 24/7 to answer any of our clients' questions and or concerns. He then provides a final green <br />light and final install checklist once each project is complete. <br />Junier Lara — Director of Operations <br />- Junier is responsible to make sure all aspects of our company are running to allow us to create <br />these one -of -a -kind displays. Junier has managed crews of up to 150 employees at a time <br />bringing everyone together and becoming a team player to meet deadlines. Light Er Up runs 3 <br />eight hour shifts to ensure we always have crews ready to meet any last-minute deadlines. <br />134 <br />
