The Site Plan <br />Modification is requesting to increase the floor area of Unit 402 by 313 square feet, through the City's <br />TDRs program, to enclose a portion of the unit's western balcony. The Site Plan Modification will <br />increase the overall floor area for the Mansions at Acqualina project from 435,386 square feet to <br />435,699 square feet of floor area.
