At that time, the City entered into an agreement with Academy Bus, LLC with <br />an initial term of two (2) years, with three (3) additional one (1) year renewal periods, for a maximum of <br />five (5) years. <br />The renewal rate is One Hundred Twenty -Three Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents ($123.75) per hour, <br />with a four-hour minimum. This is an increase of Three Dollars and Seventy -Five Cents ($3.75) per hour <br />from last year's rate. <br />Each additional hour will be at a rate of One Hundred Thirty -Five Dollars and No Cents ($135.00) per <br />hour. <br />For this period, we are requesting an additional $110,000.00, bringing the contract total not -to -exceed <br />amount to $375,000.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The City has been satisfied with the services provided by Academy Bus, LLC, and therefore, wish to <br />exercise our third and final renewal option, from May 24, 2025 through May 23, 2026. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Item Number: 9.13 <br />192 <br />
