These improvements will <br />include handicap ramps, crosswalks and updated signage. As an element of this project they require an <br />Off -System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the City to allow for modifications of the <br />local City streets at the intersections with Collins Avenue. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 9.D <br />92 <br />
