REdSper:& Florlda,LLC <br />SCHEDULE 1 <br />SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE <br />The Customer agrees to pay REDSPEED the Fee(s) as itemized below: <br />1. Description of Pricing <br />Fees are based on per approach, per month, pro -rated for cameras installed mid -month, and are <br />as follows: <br />Flat Fee Blended Pricing <br /># of Cameras <br />Flat Fee Price Per Month Per Approach <br />1 to 5 <br />$3,900 <br />6 to 10 <br />$3,800 <br />11 to 20 or more <br />$3,500 <br />■ $4.00 per Certified Mailing, no receipt <br />Service Fees Include: Fee includes all costs required and associated with camera system <br />installation, maintenance and on-going field and back-office operations. Includes red-light <br />camera equipment, installation, maintenance, violation processing services, DMV records access, <br />mailing of required documents, lockbox and credit card processing services, call center support <br />for general program questions, public awareness program support and access to web -based IPE <br />System for Traffic Infraction Enforcement Officer review <br />2. Cost Neutrality: <br />REDSPEED will maintain an accounting of any net balances owed to REDSPEED each quarterly <br />billing period. If the total amount of funds collected for all Cameras during any quarterly period <br />is less than the amount of REDSPEED's invoices for the same quarterly period, REDSPEED will <br />waive the difference. <br />3. Optional Services: <br />License Plate Reader module: $200 per month per approach. <br />(RedSpeed will install 6 LPR modules at no cost to the Customer). <br />4. Technology Upgrades: <br />REDSPEED will provide free technology upgrades at no cost to the Customer when they become <br />available to REDSPEED. <br />Page 16 119 <br />
