Exhibit E <br />-AGREEMENT FOR RED LIGHT CAMERA ENFORCEMENT SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT FQR RED LIGHT CAMERA ENFORCEMENT SERVICES, <br />made and entered into this L day of �.,qgU I . , 2018 by and between the <br />CITY OF SARASOTA, F ORIDA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY," <br />and REDSPEED FLORIDA LLC, a Florida limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as <br />"CONTRACTOR". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, CITY has publicly announced a Request for Proposal soliciting proposals <br />for the implementation, administration and servicing of an automated camera red light traffic <br />enforcement system pursuant to RFP #17-29DD; and <br />WHEREAS, CONTRACTOR has submitted a responsive proposal and has been <br />determined by CITY to be the most highly qualified firm to provide CITY with said services; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, CITY and CONTRACTOR desire to enter into this Agreement for Red light <br />Camera Enforcement Services so as to set forth the terms and conditions upon which <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide for the implementation, administration and servicing of an <br />automated red light camera enforcement system for CITY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING AND THE <br />MUTUAL COVENANTS CONTAINED HEREIN, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:. <br />1. Definitions: The following terms shall have the meanings herein ascribed to them: <br />his designee. <br />designee. <br />A.
