5.5.6 The Contractor should be responsible for the maintenance, repair <br />and replacement of all photo traffic enforcement signage and its <br />associated mounting hardware. <br />5.5.7 Signs that have been vandalized, damaged or removed should be <br />repaired or replaced by the Contractor within seventy-two (72) <br />hours, as directed by the City of Sarasota. The City shall <br />determine whether a damaged or vandalized sign will be repaired <br />or replaced. <br />5.5.8 The Contractor should provide documentation and witnesses as <br />necessary to testify as to the accuracy, calibration, maintenance, <br />repair records, technical operation and effectiveness of the digital <br />cameras and related equipment for contested complaints. These <br />services should be provided at no additional cost to the City. <br />5.5.9 The Contractor's personnel should be prepared to testify in any and <br />all court proceedings arising from the issuance of a photo red light <br />infraction in the City of Sarasota. <br />5.5. 10 Contractor should provide ongoing training support for their <br />product. <br />5.5.11 The Contractor should provide hands-on training as necessary to <br />personnel as required by the City. <br />5.5.12 Contractor should famish training materials. <br />5.5.13 The Contractor should provide reasonable and necessary training in <br />the operation of the digital camera systems for appropriate City staff. <br />Training should provide the City's personnel with a basic understanding of <br />the photo enforcement system operation, the review process, and a detailed <br />understanding of the system interface with the City's traffic signal equipment <br />5.5.14 The Contractor should provide training on the use of the Contractor's <br />computer system to authorized City staff. <br />5.5.15 The training should be conducted within the City of Sarasota. at a site <br />that is convenient for City personnel. <br />5.5.16 All training should be provided at no additional cost to the City,_ <br />5.5.17 The Camera or video System should be capable of on-site or remote <br />activation and maintenance support. <br />5.5.18 The Camera or video System should perform a self-test on set-up. <br />17-29 Red Light Enforcement 102 of 105 <br />opens 4/212017 <br />at 2:30 <br />I.M. <br />
