Contractor is certified and insured with the necessary experience to provide said <br />services. <br />Effective October 4, 2025, the City recommends to exercise its option to renew the Agreement for (1) <br />year as set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement. There will not be remaining renewal options. <br />Agreement, entitled "Compensation", to provide additional compensation in an amount not to exceed <br />$120,000.00. The additional compensation provided provided herein will bring the total Agreement not <br />to exceed amount to $160,000.00. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Account No's: 110-5-5440-446000-00000 and <br />110-5-5440-452003-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />141 <br />
