Section 1. Waiver of Bidding Requirements. The City Commission hereby waives the bidding <br />requirements of Chapter 62 of the City's Code. <br />Section 2. Authorizing Increase in Spending Authority. The City Commission hereby approves <br />an increase in spending authority with the Instructor for the Classes in an amount not to exceed <br />Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00), for a total compensation amount not to exceed <br />Fifty -Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($55,000.00). <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
