This resolution would <br />authorize the City Manager to negotiate an agreement with Millenium Products, Inc., in an amount not <br />to exceed $150,000.00. This agreement will be negotiated using a combination of GSA Contract No. GS - <br />07F -0031W and Open Market Items. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 001-3-5210-464150-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 9.E <br />151 <br />
