Section 3 – Staffing Team Composition & Size Cool Water Air Conditioning employs a team of over 14 union-trained HVAC technicians, supported by a dedicated group of project managers and administrative staff. All technicians are certified and have extensive experience working on HVAC systems in government, commercial, and educational facilities. Our team is structured to ensure reliable performance, consistent coverage, and compliance with the City’s required 2-hour emergency response time. We maintain an on-call rotation system to handle after-hours and emergency situations efficiently. Assigned Team Members Below are the key staff members assigned to this contract, along with their roles and relevant experience. Additional union-trained technicians can be pulled from our service pool on an as-needed basis to accommodate workload surges, emergency responses, or specialized system support. Name Role Experience Lorella Cuculiza Office Manager and main point of contact for coordination Lorella has been with Cool Water for four years managing all maintenance and project sales and operations. She is in charge of all maintenance customers as the dedicated account representative as well as all technicians. Nigel Smith Head of Service With over 40 years of HVAC experience in both New York and Florida, Nigel has spent the last four years at Cool Water leading our field service operations. Rochelin Registre Service Technician Rochelin has over 30 years of experience in Florida and has been a trusted technician at Cool Water for more than 15 years. He specializes in commercial and public-sector HVAC systems. John Agramonte Service Technician John has seven years of HVAC service experience in Florida and has been with Cool Water for five years. Ivanok Valencia Service Technician Ivan brings seven years of service experience in Florida and has been with Cool Water for four years.
