QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Con-Mech, Inc. brings over eight years of experience delivering high-quality HVAC services to both <br />private clients and public-sector agencies, in both residential and light and heavy commercial systems. <br />We have successfully secured/completed more than a dozen similar preventative maintenance contracts <br />with municipalities and private organizations in the last 3 years, demonstrating our ability to meet strict <br />performance standards and contract requirements, including but not limited to, Cooling Towers, Air <br />Cooled Chillers, Water Source and Geothermal Units, all sizes RTUs, Split Systems, Variable Refrigerant <br />Flow (VRF) systems, and associated components e.g. pumps, piping, valves, exhaust and make up air <br />systems.
