With a natural <br />mechanical aptitude and passion for HVAC technologies, he excelled in the fleld. Over the years, <br />he became certifled in specialized areas and advanced to roles like Service Manager and <br />Production Manager, managing multi-million-dollar projects. In 2021, he proudly took on the <br />position of Vice President of Advanced Air Systems. As a Certifled Mechanical Contractor, he brings <br />expert knowledge and compliance to every project. Alongside his career growth, he is dedicated to <br />mentoring new talent in the HVAC trade. His journey refiects his commitment to excellence and <br />positively impacting the industry. <br /> <br />Aaron Quintavalli – HVAC Service Manager <br />Aaron joined Advanced Air Systems in 2024 and brings over 30 years of leadership in HVAC service <br />operations. With a strong background in fleld service and preventive maintenance programs, he <br />now oversees technician scheduling, emergency dispatch, and quality control for commercial and <br />municipal contracts. Aaron holds EPA 608 Universal and OSHA 30 certiflcations and is known for <br />his ability to mentor service teams, resolve escalations quickly, and maintain strong client <br />relationships. His focus on operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction <br />plays a key role in the company’s continued success in delivering reliable HVAC service across <br />South Florida. <br /> <br />Sergio Villalon – Service Technician <br />Sergio brings more than 10 years of hands-on HVAC service experience, including rooftop units, <br />split systems, and air quality systems. Joining Advanced Air Systems in 2018, he has consistently <br />delivered high-quality maintenance and repair services for clients across Broward and Palm Beach <br />Counties. Sergio is highly regarded for his reliability, customer service, and in-depth understanding <br />of mechanical systems. His attention to detail helps ensure proactive maintenance and system <br />longevity. <br /> <br />
