We are requesting a site plan <br />modification adopting the plans for unit 3001 at Mansions at Acqualina as shown on these <br />plans. The overall scope of work with this request to increase the total FAR square footage of <br />the unit and modification of FAR to the Tower by 313 square feet. In addition, I also request <br />approval of the purchase and assign of 313 square feet of FAR from the available TDRs Bank <br />account. Existing FAR square footage of the Unit is 4609 SF ( 435,386 SF total Tower) and the <br />new proposed square footage is 4,922 SF ( 435,699 SF overall Tower). <br />Thank you in advance for your consideration of this application.
