We are requesting a Site <br />modification adopting the plans for Unit 801 at Mansions at Acqualina as shown on these plans. <br />The overall scope of work with this request to increase the total FAR square footage of the unit <br />and modification of FAR to the Tower by 313 square feet. In addition, I also request approval of <br />the purchase and assignment of 313 square feet of FAR from available the TDR's bank account. <br />Existing FAR square footage of the Unit is 4609 SF (436,012. SF total Tower) and the new <br />proposed square footage is 4,922 SF (436,325 SF overall Tower). <br />Thank you in advance for your consideration of this application.
