The Site Plan <br />Modification is requesting to increase the floor area of Unit 801 by 313 square feet, through the City's <br />TDRs program, to enclose a portion of the unit's west balcony. The Site Plan Modification will increase <br />the overall floor area for the Mansions at Acqualina project from 436,012 square feet to 436,325 square <br />feet of floor area.
