APPROACH / METHODOLOGY <br />Service Planning and Execution <br />Upon award of the contract, Con -Meeh, Inc. will coordinate an initial meeting with designated City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach representatives. The purpose of this meeting will be to understand the City's <br />operational priorities by building and equipment, allowing us to tailor a custom maintenance schedule that <br />minimizes disruption during peak working hours or scheduled events. <br />Our approach emphasizes proactive service and minimal operational interference. Based on initial <br />assessments and City priorities, we will: <br />Develop a building -by -building maintenance plan that aligns with City priorities and event <br />calendars. <br />Schedule all regular preventative maintenance for completion within the first two weeks of each <br />service month across all assigned facilities and equipment. <br />Deliver a comprehensive digital service report by the end of the third week of the month, <br />documenting all work performed, observations, and recommendations. <br />If a critical issue is discovered during regular maintenance that may pose a risk to facility operations or <br />safety, it will be reported immediately to the City for review and authorization prior to initiating <br />corrective actions. <br />Emergency Response Plan — 2 -Hour Response Commitment <br />Con-Mech, Inc. provides 24/7 emergency HVAC response services as part of our standard contract <br />support. The following outlines our emergency response procedure: <br />Emergency Call Line: Clients can reach us anytime at 305-414-6324.
