The City Manager's Office finds it important to recognize the hard work and dedication <br />of our employees. This work is commonly recognized through national and local organizations wherein <br />days or weeks are designated as such. <br />To streamline this process, it is the request of the City Manager's Office to obtain approval for these <br />proclamations for the duration of this calendar year. Each year thereafter, proposed proclamations will <br />be presented at the November meeting for the following calendar year. <br />These proclamations are separate and apart from those that will be brought forward by each elected <br />official. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Some proclamations proposed by the City Manager's Office on this list are required for grants or <br />honorable designations such as Arbor Day for our Tree City USA designation. <br />The following observances are requested with this resolution for the balance of this calendar year. <br />Item Number: 9.13 <br />269 <br />
