The DOJ forfeiture funds will <br />be used to purchase the equipment and will be for an amount not to exceed of $122,256.41 which <br />includes a 15% contingency. The pricing provided from Fitness Showrooms of Long Island Inc. is based <br />on Sourcewell piggyback contract # 052324 -SPA. The equipment will be placed within the police <br />department in an area that is being converted into a fitness facility. This initiative aims to enhance both <br />physical and mental well-being among department personnel, providing lasting benefits while also <br />serving as a valuable tool for recruitment and retention. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Copies of the entire contract, including all exhibits and attachments, are on file with the Office of the <br />City Clerk and available upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds are available in account no. 600-3-5210-XXXXXX-XXXXX. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 9.0 <br />133 <br />
