A*8Ii:l;1 <br />The City is in need of a primary contractor to provide maintenance and repair services to City owned <br />vehicles and trucks up to 1 % ton as more particularly described in Invitation to Bid No. 22-08-01 (ITB). <br />The City duly advertised the ITB on August 15, 2022, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company <br />(Contractor) was awarded a contract via Resolution 2022-3397. <br />The Contractor continues to be qualified to provide the services on the terms and conditions. The City <br />wishes to renew the agreement with Contractor to provide the desired Services for a total amount not <br />to exceed $114,000.00. <br />Subsequent to this renewal, the City has one (1) additional, one (1) year renewal remaining. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Copies of the complete contract documents are on file with the Office of the City Clerk and are available <br />upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in Various budget accounts. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 9.1-1 <br />215 <br />
