We at T f any Gardens (a condominium community of 195 <br />units) have found the Cool Water team to be highly professional, extremely competent and extraordinarily customer <br />focused_ <br />Over the last several years, we have had extensive experience working with Cool Water professionals (both <br />leadership,tearn and technicians) for The installation of our major 0oling system equipment and for the ongoing <br />preventative maintenance of that equipment. We have never been disappointed with their performance. All tasks <br />related to equipment installations and ongoing preventative maintenance were always completed on time, stayed <br />within budget and produced outcomes that far exceeded expectations. The quality of their performance is beyond <br />reproach. <br />Our monthly cooling system preventative maintenance service through Cool Water is quite extensive. Preventative <br />maintenance services include the following. inspection of all cooling system equiptment; routine servicing to <br />maximize the life of the equipment; and replenishment of supplies (such as. chemicals that are automatically Injected' <br />into the cooling system water lines to keep the water and lines. clear). As stated earlier, all tasks are performed at <br />levels that far exceed expectations. <br />Cool Water is also in the process of implementing a remote control and monitoring program for our cooling system <br />equipment which will further enhance the Cool Water team's ability to :maintain our equipment.
