I am the Maintenance Manager at Hellmann and have worked with there for the last 14 plus; years for all AC <br />needs_ They were <br />theoriginal installers of the units when the building was opened in 1994. Ole have a PM agreement in which they come out monthly, as well as <br />take care of all <br />related issues. I feel comfortable saying that yolu,,vould have zero issues using them as your AC vendor.
