• Hebrew Academy <br />o At the Hebrew Academy, we have provided HVAC maintenance services for both <br />the elementary and high school campuses for over 15 years. The equipment we <br />service includes multiple air handlers, VFDs, a cooling tower, chiller, and split <br />systems. Our annual maintenance contract totals $25,800, and in 2023, we <br />replaced two RTUs for $88,600. The work includes maintenance and repair of all IT Room <br />equipment and associated air handlers across multiple secure airport locations. <br />This contract is valued at $72,000 annually and is set to remain active until rebid <br />in 2027. <br />• FB 01556 at Miami International Airport <br />o Additionally, under contract FB 01556, also at Miami International Airport, Cool <br />Water performs monthly preventative maintenance across 15 sites, including <br />service and repairs for chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and all <br />associated piping. The contract was awarded in 2021 and is active through 2027. <br />The annual contract amount is $247,000, and all services are performed in <br />coordination with airport requirements and emergency protocols. <br />(c) Reference Letters (Attached) <br />Three reference letters for the first three projects mentioned above are attached. <br />
