Kim, please forward my comments below to the City of Sunny Isles Beach officials. <br />I'm honored to serve as a reference for Cool Water. We at Tiffany Gardens (a condominium community of 195 <br />units) have found the Cool Water team to be highly professional, extremely competent and extraordinarily customer <br />focused. <br />Over tate last several years, we have had extensive experience working with Cool Water professionals (both <br />leadership team and technicians) for the installation of our major cooling system equipment and for the ongoing <br />preventative maintenance of that equipment. We have never been disappointed with their performance. All tasks <br />related to egpiprhent installations and ongoing preventative maintenance were always completed on time, stayed <br />within budget and produced outcomes that far exceeded expectations. The duality of their performance is beyond <br />reproach. <br />Our monthly cooling system preventative maintenance service through Cool Water Is quite extensive. Preventative <br />maintenance services include the following. inspection of all cooling system equipment; routine servicing to <br />maximize the life of the equipment; and replenishment of supplies (such as. chemicals that are automatically injected. <br />into tate cooling system water lines to keep the water and lines. clean.
