The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall maintain and enhance as necessary <br />development regulations to promote building designs in multi -family <br />residential zoning districts which are sensitive to neighboring single family <br />neighborhoods, and to establish minimum overall densities for development <br />in multifamily residential zoning districts. <br />8F. The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall maintain and enhance as necessary <br />development regulations to create business zoning districts which serve the <br />commercial and personal service needs of the City's residential and tourist <br />areas and which will be compatible with nearby residential and tourist areas. <br />8G. The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall maintain, enhance as necessary and <br />enforce provisions in its land development regulations to protect single- <br />family residential areas. <br />8H. The City of Sunny Isles Beach shall ce„sider maintain, enhance as necessary, <br />and enforce provisions in its land development regulations to authorize and <br />regulate home businesses eeGupatiens as a subordinate, accessory use <br />into single-family rnri, �eesdwelling units. Primary objectives of this <br />regulation shall be to provide residents with opportunities for employment <br />within their homes, to reduce home -to -work automobile trips and to protect <br />the single-family residential character of the neighborhood, including its <br />siRglefa,'yresidential appearance and tranquility.
