ordinance proposes to strike the physical standards for child care facilities and reference the Miami - <br />Dade County Chapter 33, Article XA. The Miami -Dade County Code includes physical standards for <br />minimum outdoor recreation/play area, auto stacking, classroom size, and fencing.
