If <br />necessary, separate policies will be established to create <br />distinction between Town Center North and South. Vision <br />language specific to TC South remains. <br />o Coordination with City Attorney regarding legal permissibility to reduce <br />intensity and density standards. Currently, subject to underlying land use <br />intensity and density standards. Ability to further reduce intensity and <br />density standards on any property subject to legal review and <br />determination. <br />
